The closest office is the Washington County Recording Office in Hillsboro, about 15 minutes away — the fee there is $85 as of July 1, 2026. Because an Oregon license is valid statewide, you can also apply in Multnomah or Clackamas County, where the fee is currently $60, and still marry with us in Beaverton. - How fast can we get married in Beaverton?
